Refund Policy

Effective: August 29, 2026

We want the purchase terms for token packs and this digital service to be clear before you pay.

Unused token packs

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of a token-pack purchase if none of the tokens from that purchase have been used. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Used tokens

Once any token from a purchased pack has been used for a generation, the purchase is generally non-refundable because the digital service has begun. We will investigate failed generations, duplicate charges and technical errors individually.

No automatic renewals

Token packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and there is no recurring subscription charge to cancel.

How to request a refund

Email support@viralitybomber.online with the account email, payment date, PayPal transaction ID and a short reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on PayPal or your financial institution.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Where local law provides greater rights, those rights prevail.
