Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Virality Bomber, a digital software service for creating short-form video from user-provided images. By purchasing tokens or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Virality Bomber provides AI-assisted creative tools, downloadable video outputs and related editing controls. Output quality and processing time may vary. We do not post content on your behalf and do not guarantee reach, engagement, revenue or virality.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account activity and the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Token purchases and billing

Token packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The price and number of tokens are shown before payment. Applicable taxes may be added. Purchased tokens are credited after successful payment processing.

The token cost of a generation is shown before you confirm it and may vary by generation type or settings. Tokens are digital service credits, are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of images and other material you upload. You grant us a limited right to process that material only to provide and improve the service. You must have all necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful content; impersonation; non-consensual intimate imagery; exploitation of minors; malware; or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

6. Intellectual property

Virality Bomber, its interface and underlying software are owned by the service operator and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

7. Availability and changes

We may update features, token costs and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where required. We may suspend access for violations, security risks or payment disputes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for platform decisions, algorithm changes or business outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
